As the first encounter a visitor has with the community, you will serve as the welcoming host, providing exceptional customer service during every interaction.Be the Go-To Guide: Answer, or help find the answer, to any questions received by residents, vendors, guests, or employees, whether in person, telephone, or by email.Be an Exceptional Assistant. Assist the administrative team in completing any tasks assigned and ensure that phone calls and emails are answered in a timely and professional manner.Be an Accurate Accountant. You are detail-oriented and conscientious, tracking resident occupancy, ensuring accurate resident billing, and correctly applying payments and credits to resident accounts.What are we looking for?You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.You shall have a high school diploma, or equivalent.You shall be able to read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 12th grade proficiency.You shall have experience in handling bookkeeping and knowledge of basic accounting with an ability to adhere to the companys accounting policies.You shall be proficient at Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Google Docs.You will possess clear verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail.You will be able to follow written and verbal directions and apply practical solving skills if needed. You will have a positive and energetic attitude.You must be professional in appearance and conduct.You must have the ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 25 pounds.You must be criminally cleared.Be in good health and physically and mentally capable of performing assigned tasks. Good physical health shall be verified by a health screening performed by a physician not more than six (6) months prior to or seven (7) days following employment. Must test free from pulmonary tuberculosis at time of health screening.This position is active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping most of the day. Sedentary periods of one to three hours are also required.
