Role: Tool Maker - 1st ShiftLocation: York, PAType: Full-TimeDescriptionDay-to-Day ResponsibilitiesIn a typical day, you'll find yourself working closely with engineers, operators, and fellow toolmakers to keep our tooling in peak condition. You'll grind components with precision, fit and assemble dies with care, and troubleshoot problems as they arise. Reading blueprints and understanding tooling layouts are part of the job, but so is having the intuition and experience to know when something "just isn't right" "” and how to fix it. We rely on our toolmakers to help us stay ahead. Whether it's refining an existing die to improve uptime or collaborating on the build of a new one, your skills and ideas will be a vital part of our operation.What You BringWe're looking for someone with solid experience in high-speed progressive die work, especially in a production environment. You should be confident with surface grinding, tool fitting, and using precision measuring equipment. The ability to read complex blueprints is essential, but just as important is your ability to think critically, work independently, and take ownership of your work. This is a first shift position, and we're looking for candidates who are punctual, dependable, and motivated to do great work every day.
