Must-Have Qualifications: 7+ years of experience in SuccessFactors development, with a focus on Employee Central. Proven experience with integration, especially with Oracle databases. Strong knowledge of LMS and Performance and Goals modules. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
