What You'll DoProvide skilled, compassionate care to mothers and newborns during labor, delivery, and postpartum. Monitor fetal heart rates, respond quickly to changes, and provide neonatal resuscitation as needed. Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and team members regarding patient conditions. Implement physician orders, administer medications, and deliver hands-on care. Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and thoroughly. What You'll NeedGraduate of an accredited nursing program with current RN license in Nebraska. Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP (CLC preferred). Strong communication skills, flexibility, and a caring, team-oriented approach. Keen attention to detail and a commitment to patient safety.
