Qualifications: Valid Class A CDL required; applicants must reside in the U.S. and be licensed in their state of residence Current non-excepted interstate DOT medical card or ability to obtain one 1 year of documented tractor-trailer experience in the last 3 years, or 2 years of documented tractor-trailer experience in the last 5 years Clean DMV/MVR record: 2 or fewer moving violations or accidents in the last 3 years Adhere to all federal and state laws, regulations, and company policies Regular and predictable attendance is essential Compliance with federal law requires English language proficiency Ability to work the required schedule and location; complete Penske employment application; undergo background investigation and drug screening required This role is regulated by the Department of Transportation or designated as safety-sensitive, necessitating constant alertness and safe practices Physical Requirements: The role requires the associate to meet specific physical and mental demands, which may include reasonable accommodations. The individual must be able to see and hear, with specific vision abilities including close vision, distance vision, and depth perception. Essential activities include regular movement, standing, walking, sitting, and using hands to touch, handle, and reach. The associate must be capable of lifting/moving up to 50lbs on a regular basis and occasionally lifting up to 100lbs.
