Job Description Manage all aspects of affordable housing construction projects, from planning to completion. Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met. Monitor project budgets and timelines, ensuring adherence to financial and scheduling requirements. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to affordable housing projects. Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and community partners. Prepare and present project updates and reports to senior management. Address and resolve any issues that arise during construction to maintain project progress. Promote safety and quality standards across all project phases. The Successful Applicant A successful Affordable Housing Project Manager should have: NYCHA / Occupied Rehab / Tenant In Place Experience NYC Experience 5+ years Proven experience in project management within the construction sector. Strong understanding of affordable housing regulations and requirements. Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage diverse teams effectively. A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making. Familiarity with budgeting, scheduling, and project tracking tools.
