A company is looking for a Workday Time Tracking & Absence Consultant. Key Responsibilities Configure Workday Time Tracking and Absence based on customer requirements and best practices Lead customer working sessions to gather requirements and translate them into configuration Support end-to-end testing, issue resolution, and produce project documentation Qualifications Hands-on Workday configuration experience in Time Tracking and Absence Strong understanding of accruals, eligibility rules, and time calculation rules Experience supporting Workday deployments or enhancements in a consulting role Ability to work in a fast-paced project environment with minimal oversight Experience with Launch / Launch Express methodology (preferred)
