In this pivotal role, you will support multiple operating rooms, including ENT, general surgery, GI endoscopy, GYN, orthopedics, pediatric cases, robotic procedures, urology, and vascular surgeries, within a medically supervised, team-based model. Your expertise will directly contribute to delivering safe, effective anesthesia care to a wide patient demographic in a hospital setting that values your contribution. Required Skills: Current CRNA certification and valid state licensure Proven experience in anesthesia administration across various surgical disciplines Strong knowledge of anesthesia protocols, patient monitoring, and safety procedures Excellent communication and team collaboration skills Ability to adapt to diverse case types and settings Nice to Have Skills: Experience with robotic surgeries or specialized procedures Bilingual abilities to assist a diverse patient population Previous experience in outpatient or ambulatory surgery centers Preferred Education and Experience: Master's degree or higher in Nursing with specialized anesthesia training At least 2 years of clinical experience as a CRNA in a hospital or surgical setting Other Requirements: Availability to work 12-hour night shifts, with some flexibility to accommodate scheduling preferences Willingness to support the full scope of anesthesia services across multiple ORs and treatment rooms Compliance with all applicable licensing, certification, and hospital accreditation standards Travel and lodging expenses reimbursed when applicable This is an exceptional opportunity to advance your career in a supportive environment that prioritizes professional growth and quality patient care.
