Location: 1550 Gezon Parkway SW /- Wyoming, Michigan 49519 Position Summary: This role isResponsible to maintain and update the Pharmacy enterprise system and provide system support to Company pharmacy associates/. Develop, update and/or maintain Pharmacy system training materials to ensure consistent training practices/. Train new and/or existing Pharmacy associates as necessary/. Here's what you'll do: + Provide user support for retail and corporate pharmacy associates on the Enterprise Pharmacy system/. + Resolve issues and answer questions related to system operations, insurance billing and switch overrides/. + Schedule and conduct training for new and/or existing users on the features and operation of the Pharmacy enterprise system/. + Monitor, evaluate and record training activities and program effectiveness and identify areas of concern based on user issues/trends and develop training materials to address such/. + Develop, update and/or maintain Pharmacy system training manuals, guides and course materials for consistent training practices/. Work with technical support to ensure training documents reflect current product features/. + Provide applications support to include: /- Maintain and update Pharmacy enterprise system changes and perform user acceptance testing for upgrades/changes/. /- Perform system updates such as product and supplier additions, product transfers, patient and prescriber profile updates, etc/. as required/. + Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed/. Here's what you'll need: + High School Diploma /(Required/) or GED required/. + College degree or college course preferred/. + Certified Pharmacy Technician /(Required/)/. + Experience with EnterpriseRx Pharmacy Management required/. + Five years retail pharmacy technician experience/. + One year customer service, help desk or related support role preferred/. + Knowledge of HIPAA Privacy and Security Rules and pharmacy regulations and guidelines/. + Strong written and verbal communication skills; strong customer service skills/. + Good multi/-tasking, organization, attention to detail and problem/-solving skills/. + Ability to train new and existing personnelin the pharmacysystem/. + Proficient in MS Office Excel and Word/. + Ability to travel between 5 and 10% to retail/pharmacy locations/. + Must be able to work a flexible schedule based on business needs to include weekends, evenings and overtime as required/.
