This role involves coaching, mentoring, and supporting team members, managing daily operations, and contributing to the continuous improvement of customer service processes. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, highly organized, and possess a deep understanding of customer service best practices.*Key Responsibilities:**Customer Service Oversight** Lead, motivate, and coach a team of customer service representatives to achieve individual and team performance targets.* Monitor daily customer service operations, including call queues, email responses, and chat interactions, to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries.* Analyze customer feedback and service data to identify trends and areas for improvement.* Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall service delivery.* Maintain a deep understanding of company services and policies to effectively assist customers and team members.*Customer Service Excellence** Ensure team members deliver professional, timely, and effective responses to customer inquiries.* Handle escalated or complex customer issues, resolving them with diplomacy and efficiency, ensuring a satisfactory resolution for the customer.* Monitor customer satisfaction scores and implement improvement initiatives.*Team Leadership and Development** Assist with onboarding new team members and provide ongoing training on products, services, and policies.* Provide ongoing training and feedback to team members, identifying areas for development and implementing targeted coaching plans.* Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and improve on customer service.*Requirements** Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.* Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in a customer service role, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership or supervisory position.* Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem- solving skills.* Strong organizational and time management abilities.* Proficiency with customer relationship management (CRM) software and otehr customer service tools.* Ability to work effectively in a fast- paced and dynamic environment.* Demonstrated ability to handle difficult customer situations with professionalism and empathy. xijylhu We invite qualified candidates who are passionate about Customer Service and committed to excellence to apply for this exciting opportunity as a Customer Service Team Lead.Job Type: Full-timePay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per yearBenefits:* 401(k) matching* Dental insurance* Disability insurance* Health insurance* Life insurance* Paid time off* Retirement plan* Vision insuranceExperience:* Customer relationship management: 5 years (Preferred)* Supervisor : 3 years (Preferred)Language:* English and Spanish conversational and written (Required)Ability to Relocate:* Wyoming, MI 49509: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)Work Location: In person
