Adjusts speed cutter, blowers and conveyors and height of cutting head, using hand tools. Changes cutting head as appropriate for crop. Drives heavy truck to transport produce to elevator or storage area. Drives transporter truck to haul harvesting machines between work sites. Services machinery and makes in field repairs.Minimum Education RequiredNo High School Diploma or GED required.Minimum Experience RequiredMust have 3 months experience.Must have a CDL or appropriate driver's license or be able to obtain one within 30 days of hire.Employer will conduct post-hire drug testing at the employer's expense to enforce a drug free workplace policy. Employer provides free housing for workers whose residence is beyond normal commuting distance. Employer pays inbound transportation and subsistence to work site upon 50% completion of work contract for workers whose residence is beyond normal commuting distance. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of at least $16.28 per day during travel to a maximum of $68.00 per day with receipts.
