Provider Network Manager This is an Individual Contributor role. Location: Hybrid 1 - This role requires associates to be in-office 1 - 2 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace. Work Shift: Monday - Friday, 40 hours a week The Provider Network Manager plays a vital role in enhancing the provider network through effective contract negotiations, relationship development, and exceptional service delivery. How will you make an impact: Negotiate and establish contract terms that align with organizational objectives. Engage with a variety of providers, including smaller institutions, medical groups, and ancillary providers, focusing on those with moderate to complex contracts. Handle non-standard contractual arrangements, applying negotiation skills to meet both organizational and provider needs. Conduct and assist in crafting more complex negotiations and legal documents with precision. Support financial projections and perform necessary analyses to inform decisions. Utilize sound judgment and discretion while working independently. Collaborate across departments on cross-functional projects to drive shared success. Act as a vital communication link between providers and the organization, ensuring alignment and clarity. Travel to various work sites and locations as needed. Minimum Requirements: A BA/BS degree and a minimum of 3 years of experience in contracting, provider relations, or servicing; or any combination of education and experience that provides an equivalent background. Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences: Proficiency with MS Excel, including skills such as VLOOKUP. Experience with PowerBI is a plus. For candidates working in person or virtually in the below location(s), the salary range for this specific position is $75,624 to $113,436.
