You will conduct audits, maintain quality documentation, monitor key metrics, and support corrective actions and training initiatives. By working closely with cross-functional teams, you will drive continuous improvement, strengthen audit readiness, and help ensure the efficiency and quality of the client's automated warehouse system.Ideal candidate profile:You have experience auditing processes in manufacturing, supply chain, or automated systems and a strong understanding of quality principles. You are skilled at analyzing data, identifying root causes, and implementing corrective actions. You communicate clearly, collaborate effectively across departments, and adapt to changing priorities to uphold standards and ensure operational excellence. Your attention to detail and commitment to continuous improvement make you a key contributor to delivering reliable, high-quality solutions for our clients.Qualifications:University Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related fieldSkills/Experience Required:2-3 years of experience in a quality assurance or auditing role within manufacturing, supply chain, or automated systemsStrong understanding of quality principles, auditing techniques, and continuous improvement methodologiesExperience with automated material handling systems and warehouse operations is an assetExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Key Responsibilities:Conduct regular audits of operational processes to ensure compliance with WITRON standards and customer expectationsEnsure adherence to established procedures and initiate corrective actions when deviations occurMaintain quality assurance documentation and protocols to support consistent quality practicesCollaborate with Production, Maintenance, and IT teams to identify and resolve process deviationsEnsure proper escalation protocols are followed for any quality-related issuesCollect, organize, and analyze quality metrics and KPIsProvide regular reports and feedback to the Director of Operational Excellence and other stakeholdersAssist with root cause investigations and corrective action trackingSupport training initiatives related to quality procedures and standardsPromote compliance awareness and audit readiness across departmentsParticipate in initiatives to improve process efficiency and product/service qualitySupport cross-functional teams in implementing Lean, Six Sigma, or other improvement methodologiesAssist in executing action plans based on audit findings and performance reviewsPrepare documentation for customer audits and regulatory inspectionsEnsure compliance with all relevant regulatory and safety standardsMaintain open, effective communication with internal and external stakeholders on quality mattersAvailability to travel up to 10% for training or supportAbility to work any shift as required by operational needsAbility to be on-call for urgent quality-related issuesPerform other related duties as assigned
