Department: Critical Care Shift: Night / Variable Full Time Location: Horizon West Title: Clinical Assistant Nurse Manager Summary:The Clinical Assistant Nurse Manager (CANM)isresponsible forleading the shift operations within the clinicalsetting to ensure delivery of high-quality care, exceptional customer experience, and optimal patient flow. In conjunction with the Department Nursing Operations Manager and the Assistant Nursing Operations Manager (ANOM); the CANM provides guidance, fosters collaboration, and is responsible for the units clinical operations including patient care assignments, customer experience, productivity, and quality outcomes in settings where patients have an advanced illness or injury that routinely requires timely, intense, and complex care to stabilize and support the patients medical condition. These areas require a lower caregiver-to-patient ratio and highly trained team members with advanced skills.
