Job Description:
The Sustainability Data Entry Associate supports Goodwill NWNC's sustainability and carbon footprint tracking efforts by collecting, reviewing, validating, and entering environmental data into Excel worksheets and the Pulsora GHG software platform. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions data across Scope 1, Scope 2, and selected Scope 3 categories, including utilities, waste, transportation, and vendor related emissions. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Data Collection & Review Reviews invoices, statements, and reports (utilities, fuel, waste, transportation, and vendor services) to verify accuracy, completeness, and required data fields. Identifies missing, incorrect, or inconsistent information and flag issues for follow-up. Organizes documentation to support carbon accounting and sustainability reporting requirements.
