Logistics Manager / Warehouse ManagerWell-established consumer products company is seeking a hands-on Logistics Manager / Warehouse Manager to oversee day-to-day warehouse and distribution operations at their Triad-area facility. This is a key leadership role responsible for warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, shipping/receiving, freight coordination, order flow, and process improvement in a fast-paced environment supporting major national retail customers.This is not a sit-behind-the-desk management role. The company is looking for someone who enjoys being on the warehouse floor, leading employees, improving processes, solving problems, and working closely with both leadership and hourly staff to keep operations running efficiently.ResponsibilitiesLead daily warehouse and logistics operationsManage a team of approximately 12 warehouse employees, including a warehouse leadOversee inventory control, shipping, receiving, and order management activitiesCoordinate and manage freight carriers and transportation logisticsEnsure inventory accuracy and efficient warehouse flowDevelop, improve, and enforce SOPs and operational processesDrive warehouse efficiency, organization, and continuous improvement initiativesPartner cross-functionally with operations, customer service, planning, and leadership teamsMonitor KPIs and help improve overall operational performanceMaintain a safe, organized, and accountable warehouse environmentRequirementsExperience leading warehouse, logistics, or distribution operationsSAP experience is requiredExperience managing inventory, freight, and warehouse processesLeadership experience supervising warehouse teamsHands-on management style with strong floor presenceStrong communication and organizational skillsExperience improving processes, workflow, and operational efficiencyComfortable working in a fast-paced environment supporting major retail customersCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive salaryFull benefits package401(k)Stable, team-oriented environmentExcellent Monday-Thursday schedule
