Job Category: Full Time - Direct Hire Opportunity Location: Winston, Oregon Salary Range: $62,000 - $78,000/year and Full Benefits BBSI is recruiting for an experienced Finance Manager on behalf of a respected nonprofit organization in Winston, Oregon. This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional who wants to use their expertise to support a mission-driven organization serving the Douglas County community. What You'll Do Manage accounts payable and receivable Prepare financial statements and month-end reporting Maintain the general ledger and journal entries Monitor grant funding compliance and reporting Support payroll and cost allocation tracking Assist with budgets, audits, and financial forecasting Collaborate with leadership to ensure financial compliance Support staff with purchasing and financial resources What We're Looking For 4+ years of experience in finance or accounting 2+ years experience with QuickBooks Strong knowledge of GAAP accounting practices Advanced Microsoft Excel and Office skills Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information Commitment to trauma-informed and inclusive workplace practices Nonprofit or grant accounting experience helpful but not required Benefits 100% Employer-Paid Health & Dental Insurance 3% Retirement Match (403b) Life & Disability Insurance 12 Paid Holidays 96 Hours Vacation Annually Up to 96 Hours Paid Sick Leave
