Coverage NeededStart Date: 05/25/2026End Date: 3 months with option to extendSchedule: Monday through Friday with weekday callWeekend and holiday call (typically 1 in 6)Minimum coverage: 2 weeks per monthWeekday shifts: 7a to 3p, 3p to 7a callWeekend shifts: 24 hours (7a to 7a)Must be able to respond to call within 30 minutesClinical DetailsBed Size: 49 bedsPatients per Day: Typically 3 to 5 cases per day depending on OR loadEMR: Cerner/OracleSupport Staff: 3 to 4 CRNAs on shift, plus 2 pediatric CRNAs on FridaysProcedures: Ortho (total joints, neuro spine, sports), General surgery, Plastics (cosmetic and reconstruction), Podiatry, OB (35 to 50 C-sections annually), Ophthalmology (cataracts), Neuraxial anesthesia (spinal, epidural, combined spinal-epidural) for elective casesPractice Setting: Rural hospitalDepartment: 4 core ORs, dedicated endoscopy room, C-suite, 1 flex room, DaVinci robot availablePatient Population: Primarily adult and elderly, with light pediatrics (dental and laparoscopic)RequirementsBoard CertifiedActive MN license DEA Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, Neonatal ResuscitationMinimum 2 years of experienceSkills required: Nerve blocks, OB, general anesthesia, spinalsPediatrics experience preferredRural health experience strongly preferredCRNA-only model (no MD oversight)
