What began as a small clinic with five employees has expanded into a regional network of 7 standalone clinics and 40 school-based clinics, delivering primary care, dental, behavioral health, and specialty services to underserved populations. The organization now employs nearly 500 staff, including 36 providers in its flagship location, and recorded 144,000 patient visits in 2023. With recent retirements and continued growth across multiple Southern communities, this role offers immediate patient volume, strong support, and a mission-driven environment. Clinics also provide transportation services to improve access for patients. Practice Details Setting Opportunities available across the South, including newly expanded clinic sites. All locations offer modern facilities, supportive teams, and a collaborative culture. Schedule Monday Friday, 8:00 am 5:00 pm 36-hour clinical week 4.5 days clinic + 0.5 day admin (admin can be completed from home) No weekends (covered by NPs) No evening hours Patient Volume & Visit Structure 20 patients per day 30-minute visits for new patients and annuals Shorter visits for sick visits and follow-ups Provider autonomy in structuring visit times Payer mix: 60% Medicaid Patient mix: 40% pediatrics, 45% adults, remainder 65+ Call None 100% outpatient Compensation & Benefits Financial Package Base Salary: $250,000 $300,000 depending on experience Starting at $250k, with flexibility for exceptional candidates Medical Director option: $350,000 Sign-On Bonus: $15,000 (negotiable) Production Incentive: Yes supplemental pay based on encounters Loan Repayment: Eligible for NHSC and State of Louisiana programs Relocation: $10,000 with receipts (negotiable) Time Off PTO: 7 days PTO + 10 vacation days (increases with tenure) Holidays: 9 CME: 2 days + $2,000 allowance Total Paid Time Off: 28 days (flexible based on candidate) Insurance & Retirement Health, Dental, Vision: 100% employer-paid for employee (BCBS Cadillac plan ) Family coverage available (employee-paid) 401(k): 4% match after 1 year Malpractice: FTCA coverage All business-related expenses covered Community: Life in the South This opportunity is located in the South, a region known for its welcoming culture, affordability, and strong sense of community.
