JOB SUMMARY This position will transport clinic patients as needed and within organizational parameters. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES * Utilize a program vehicle to transport patients.
* Adhere to motor vehicle safety regulations and protocols.
* Create and maintain schedules for patients in need of transportation.
* Keep a current log of mileage and patients transported.
* Ensure proper maintenance of the vehicle.
* Maintain a clean driving record.
* Perform other duties as assigned.
