Posting Summary Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey is seeking a Support Coordinator for Off-Campus Centers. This position reports to the Manager of Academic Programs. Among the key duties of the position are the following: Provides day-to-day administrative and student support and program coordination for student-related activities and events for the Rutgers University Statewide site located at Mercer County Community College. Serves as the program and student informational liaison, maintaining student data files, generating and reviewing reports (e.g., student enrollment, course offerings, rosters, etc.). Supports social media efforts (e.g., website, Facebook, etc.) for the Statewide Mercer County Community College location, as well as provide CRM support. Provides facilities support, which may include but is not limited to, room scheduling, assigning and providing necessary equipment, coordinating with facilities management (e.g., reporting maintenance requests, repairs, etc.) and providing basic tech support. Assists students with successfully completing the enrollment process to the Statewide Mercer location. FLSA Nonexempt Salary Details $20 - $25/hourly Offer Information The final salary offer may be determined by several factors, including, but not limited to, the candidate's qualifications, experience, and expertise, and availability of department or grant funds to support the position. Certifications/Licenses Valid driver's license and have access to a reliable vehicle or other dependable means of transportation. Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Good communication and interpersonal skills, and computer literacy. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience working in higher education. Equipment UtilizedPhysical Demands and Work Environment Ability to lift 25lbs. Special Conditions This position is located off-site at Mercer County Community College (West Windsor, NJ).
