Senior Project Manager

We are looking for a Sr. Project Manager for our client with offices in Windsor, CT. This is a contract opportunity which is a hybrid role (minimum 4 days onsite).NO 3rd PARTIES, NO SPONSORSHIP, NO EXCEPTIONS. Candidates MUST be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.The Senior Project Manager owns project execution so projects progress on schedule, resources stay aligned, risks are surfaced early and deliverables do not drift. This role reports directly to the President and plays a critical part in aligning cross-functional teams and ensuring project work is organized, visible and executed efficiently.Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Lead full project lifecycle from planning through execution and completionLead all stakeholders to develop and manage project charters, project plans, and establish agreed to timelines, task ownership, and target delivery datesPartner with the President to prioritize and execute strategic initiativesCoordinate cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, production, supply chain, and customer supportEnsure Engineering and Product teams are aligned with project timelines, deliverables, and business prioritiesMonitor progress of tasks, identifying delays and driving corrective actionsCoordinate with Engineering to define and track design milestones, testing, and release schedulesFacilitate communication between Engineering, PDM, and other departments Track and report status of project deliverables and provide updates to the President and Executive TeamIdentify risks or delays and work with all stakeholders to define and implement mitigation strategiesEducation/Experience Required:Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or related field7+ years of project management experience, preferably in electronics manufacturing, operations or IOT devicesProven experience managing projects with cross-functional dependenciesAn active and in good standing PMP certification is requiredProficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira)
