In this role, you will be responsible for feeding and operating a scrap metal baler to process and compact materials for recycling. Duties include loading scrap, monitoring equipment during operation, and ensuring safe and efficient workflow. Qualifications Prior manufacturing or plant experience preferred. Ability to work safely around heavy machinery. Reliable, team-oriented, and able to perform physical labor.
