We value initiative, teamwork, and fresh ideas, and we believe that our people play a key role in shaping the future of industrial development.As the Production Manager (Steel Fabrication), you will be responsible for continuous production of metal components and their timely delivery to construction sites, while establishing clear structure, planning, and quality control within the production process.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and supervise all activities related to steel fabrication production, including welding, fabrication, and assemblyPlan, prioritize, and track production based on construction site requirementsEnsure timely completion of orders and alignment with project schedulesImprove production flow, identify bottlenecks, and organize efficient workflowReduce defects and rework through process control and accountabilityLead and manage shop-floor personnel (20+ employees), ensuring clear roles and expectationsCoordinate closely with construction teams and internal stakeholdersEnsure availability of materials in collaboration with the purchasing departmentMaintain equipment uptime through structured maintenance planningEnsure compliance with safety standards and production requirementsMaintain order, organization, and discipline in the workshop and warehouseQualificationsRequired Experience5+ years of experience in steel fabrication or structural metal productionHands-on experience with welding, fabrication, and assembly processesExperience working in custom (non-mass) production environmentsExperience managing shop-floor teams (15-50 employees)Proven ability to improve production flow, reduce rework, and ensure on-time deliveryProficiency in Russian is requiredPreferredExperience in construction-related steel productionExperience organizing or improving production processes in an active production environmentPractical, hands-on approach to problem-solvingBenefitsCompetitive salary: $100,000 - $120,000 per yearPerformance-based bonusRelocation support providedMedical, dental, and vision insurance (80% covered by the company after 60 days)401(k) retirement plan after 1 year of servicePaid time off and company holidaysWork LocationWinder, GA (on-site)Relocation assistance available for the right candidate
