This role involves identifying and securing new business opportunities, cultivating strong client relationships, and delivering tailored waste management solutions. Responsibilities include managing accounts, meeting sales targets, providing exceptional customer service, and staying informed of local market trends and competition.QualificationsSales and negotiation skills, including lead generation, relationship-building, and closing dealsCustomer service and client management experience, with a focus on effective communication and maintaining positive client relationshipsOrganizational and time-management skills to handle multiple accounts and meet sales quotasKnowledge of waste management, environmental services, or related industries is preferred but not requiredProficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to track leads and manage sales activitiesAbility to work independently and collaboratively with internal teams to meet customer needsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field is a plusValid driver's license and willingness to travel within the territory
