Job Description:
The Manager, Brand & Marketing Planning owns brand stewardship, integrated marketing planning, PR/local communications, and the end-to-end creative process. This role partners cross-functionally to translate business priorities into clear, on-brand campaigns that are easy to execute and meaningful to customers, while tracking performance and optimizing future plans.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as day-to-day brand steward, ensuring consistent voice, visual identity, and messagingBuild and manage annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned to business and financial goalsPartner with Merchandising, Operations, Loyalty/CRM, and Channel Marketing to prioritize and execute campaignsLead PR and local communications, including openings, remodels, and community initiativesDevelop clear creative briefs and oversee creative execution across in-store, digital, and traditional channelsReview and approve creative to ensure brand alignment and store-level clarityTrack campaign performance and deliver insights, recommendations, and test-and-learn learnings to leadership
