Bilingual Safety Specialist HazTek is hiring an experienced Bilingual Safety Specialist to support our growing commercial construction projects. If you're passionate about making an impact, driving compliance, and building a culture where every worker goes home safe, we want you on our team. Responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of commercial construction projects ensuring OSHA compliance, conducting daily safety meetings, completing accident reports and conducting accident investigations, ensuring all personnel wear their personal protective equipment (PPE), performing daily safety audits and inspections, and inspecting power tools and heavy equipment. Qualifications Minimum 5+ years of construction safety experience required Fluency in Spanish and English required (must be able to effectively communicate with Spanish-speaking crews) OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification required First Aid/CPR certification required Strong knowledge of OSHA safety standards and construction safety best practices Experience in Fall Protection, Scaffolding, Steel Erection, and Excavation Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proven ability to lead, influence, and build rapport across diverse project teams Embody HazTek's Core Values of Integrity, Compassion, Dependability, Leadership, Accountability Overview HazTek Safety Management is a full-service, objective safety partner, founded in 1997.
