Contract role until mid 2026. Must be located in Delaware, this is an onsite role. Job Description Coordinate interviews and manage scheduling between candidates and hiring managers. Maintain accurate records and reports within the applicant tracking system. Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately. Communicate effectively with candidates, recruiters, and hiring teams to provide updates and resolve scheduling conflicts. Assist in the preparation and execution of recruitment events and initiatives. Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to improve processes and enhance the candidate experience. Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws during all stages of recruitment. Handle additional administrative tasks as needed to support the team. The Successful Applicant A successful Recruiting Coordinator should have: Previous experience in administrative or coordination roles, ideally within the Financial Services industry. Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle a variety of tasks efficiently. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software tools. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen eye for detail.
