About the Role In this position, you will provide preventive and therapeutic dental hygiene services specifically designed for children in a dynamic, fast-paced pediatric setting while working alongside our dedicated clinical team to ensure exceptional patient care. Tasks may be delegated when appropriate, including: Room preparation and turnover Instrument management Post-treatment polishing and fluoride application This model aims to: Enhance patient access to care Support clinician productivity Ensure a superior patient experience Schedule & Workflow Typical appointments last 30-60 minutes, depending on clinical needs Time flexibility is available for complex periodontal or restorative cases The emphasis is on intentional, quality-driven patient care instead of rushing through appointments Qualifications What We're Looking For A genuine enthusiasm for pediatric dentistry and a love for working with children is essential.
