Job Title: Deduction Resolution Specialist Location: Willmar, MN Compensation: $19.00 per hour - paid weekly Job Type: Temp-to-hire About the Opportunity Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring a Deduction Retention Specialist for a leading production company located in Willmar, MN. What You'll Do as a Deduction Resolution Specialist: Perform research and resolution duties associated with deductions and credit types in a team environment Identify, research, and collect appropriate supporting documentation and determining the appropriate resolution in an audit compliant manner Use time management skills to code deductions, submit backup and identify new trends for assigned customers Work directly with external customers, field sales and others within the company in order to resolve open items Process and approve credit resolutions using the High Radius application Collaborate with team members and other areas for the purpose of deduction prevention and process improvement Handle identification, invoice preparation and collection of invalid deductions What You Need to Bring to the Deduction Resolution Specialist Role: Experience with Oracle Billing and Accounts Receivable, Forge, and High Radius is preferred Proficiency in the Windows environment including Microsoft Word and Excel is preferred Proven customer service experience Demonstrated pattern of initiative Strong problem solving and decision-making skills Well-developed written and verbal communication skills Well-developed interpersonal and organizational skills Proven ability to make independent decisions and work under minimal supervision Why You'll Like Working with Doherty Staffing Solutions Enjoy weekly pay, access to health coverage options through Benefits in a Card (including preventative and minimum value plans), and temp-to-hire opportunities for long-term stability where applicable.
