Warehouse AssociateWarehouse OperationsFull-Time | Non-Exempt | On-SiteSchedule: Monday–Friday 8am-5pm11925 West I-70 Frontage Road North, Suite 500 | Wheat Ridge, CO We are seeking a dependable and motivated Warehouse Associate to join our Wheat Ridge team. This position plays a key role in supporting daily warehouse operations including receiving, stocking, order fulfillment, packaging, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced setting, values accuracy, and takes pride in contributing to an efficient and customer-focused operation. Key Responsibilities Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in accordance with company standardsReceive inbound shipments, verify quantities against purchase orders and packing slips, and inspect merchandise for damage or defectsBreak down pallets and stage products in designated receiving areasAccurately stock products into proper warehouse shelf and bin locationsPerform inventory transactions using RF scanners and internal systemsPull customer orders accurately by locating correct aisle and bin locationsVerify product and quantity prior to order processingPackage finished goods using appropriate materials to ensure safe deliveryFollow company and carrier packaging guidelinesAssist with inventory organization and overstock placement as neededSupport overall warehouse workflow to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillmentPerform additional duties as assigned to support operational needs Qualifications High School Diploma or GED requiredMinimum one year of warehouse or industrial experience preferredForklift certification preferred or ability to obtain certificationBasic computer proficiency and experience using RF scannersBasic math skills requiredStrong attention to detailAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionMust be able to pass company drug screening Knowledge & Skills Strong organizational skillsAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environmentEffective communication skillsPositive attitude and strong work ethicAbility to follow established procedures and safety standards Physical Requirements Frequent standing and walking throughout shiftContinuous repetitive hand motionFrequent lifting up to 35 pounds and occasional lifting up to 50 poundsOccasional bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or climbingAbility to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures CompensationThe recruiting base pay range for this full-time position is $19-21 per hour.Within the base pay range, individual pay is determined by job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
