This role is essential in ensuring our consumers receive consistent, dependable care through effective scheduling and communication.Position SummaryThe Staffing Coordinator plays a critical role in coordinating schedules between caregivers and consumers. This position requires strong organizational skills, quick problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to perform well in a fast-paced, sometimes high-stress environment.
