Groundskeeper - Anheuser-Busch Williamsburg Brewery

Job DescriptionAramark Facilities Management is hiring a Groundskeeper to support operations at the Anheuser-Busch Williamsburg Brewery. This role is responsible for maintaining the outdoor grounds, landscaping, and overall appearance of the property. On a daily basis, you will perform tasks such as mowing, trimming, edging, and general site cleanup, helping ensure the facility remains clean, safe, and well-maintained. This is a hands-on, outdoor role best suited for someone comfortable working with landscaping equipment and in varying weather conditions.ScheduleMonday ? Friday | 7:00 AM ? 3:30 PMJob ResponsibilitiesPerform routine grounds maintenance including mowing, trimming, edging, and weed controlOperate landscaping equipment such as zero-turn mowers, trimmers, edgers, and blowersMaintain sidewalks, parking lots, and common outdoor areasPerform seasonal work including leaf removal and winter weather support (snow/ice removal as needed)Assist with planting, fertilizing, and general landscape upkeepConduct basic maintenance and minor repairs on landscaping equipmentKeep tools and equipment clean and in good working conditionFollow all safety procedures and report equipment issuesAt Aramark, developing new skills and doing what it takes to get the job done make a positive impact for our employees and for our customers. In order to meet our commitments, job duties may change or new ones may be assigned without formal notice. QualificationsPrior experience in groundskeeping, landscaping, or outdoor maintenance preferredExperience operating commercial landscaping equipment (zero-turn mowers, trimmers, etc.)Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditionsAbility to perform physical work including walking, lifting, and repetitive tasksStrong reliability and attention to detailValid non-commercial driver?s license requiredThis role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing.
