Property Maintenance Technician

You’ll ensure that our Ambassador Residents have the best quality residential experience possible by ensuring all amenities are in proper, working order and in good repair. You will:Preventative maintenance; cleaning, prepping, and servicing equipmentMaintenance and repair requests for plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, and CarpentryRenovation projects; repairing or replacing equipment or structuresMaintaining a clean and organized work environmentPerforming inventory on equipment and suppliesCooperating with contractorsWhat it takes to succeed:High school diploma or equivalentValid Driver’s LicenseAbility to meet company driving guidelinesKnowledge of Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, and CarpentryAt least five years of maintenance experiencePrevious experience as a Hotel Engineer or Chief Engineer preferredWhat else is important:Must be able to lift, push, pull and/or carry up to 70 lbs.Position engages in extensive walking and standing throughout entire work shift and climb/ascend heights, if neededPerform the following physical activities: kneeling, squatting, bend floor-to waist/waist-to-overhead, reach overhead, simple grasp and fine hand manipulation tasks (use of tools/keyboard/writing)Must be able to work indoors and outdoors, in varying weather, to include extreme heat.
