Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).Key Responsibilities:Handle attendance issues, coaching, and employee conversationsSupport low-mid level ER cases and policy discussionsPartner with employees and supervisors to resolve workplace concernsEscalate complex issues when neededManage onboarding & offboarding processesMaintain employee records in Workday or similar HRISSupport timekeeping, payroll audits, and timecard reconciliation (UKG/Kronos)Assist with benefits, compliance, and HR reporting.Key Requirements and Technology Experience:1-3+ years of HR Generalist experienceStrong employee relations experienceExperience with HRIS systems (Workday preferred)Exposure to payroll or timekeeping systems (UKG/Kronos/WFM)Ability to work in a fast-paced, onsite environmentManufacturing or high-volume workforce experienceExperience supporting 400+ employeesHR certifications (PHR / SPHR)Our client is a leading Biopharmaceutical Industry, and we are currently interviewing to fill this and other similar contract positions.
