Please update this section!Job DetailsTroubleshoot and repair production equipment in a high-speed environmentDiagnose issues across electrical (multi-voltage), hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical systemsMaintain and repair automation systems, robotics, and conveyorsPerform preventative and predictive maintenance to maximize uptimeFabricate or modify parts as needed (welding, machining, custom fixes)Identify root causes and implement long-term solutionsSupport continuous improvement efforts to reduce downtimeWhat We're Looking For5+ years in industrial maintenance within manufacturingStrong troubleshooting across:Electrical systemsHydraulics & pneumaticsMechanical systemsExperience in plastics or injection molding environments strongly preferredExposure to automation, robotics, or conveyor systemsWelding/fabrication capability (MIG/TIG/Arc preferred)Self-sufficient, hands-on, and solution-oriented mindsetPrior lead or informal leadership experience is a plusInterested in hearing more?
