If you have the required skill set, education requirements, and experience, please click the submit button and follow the next steps.Unless specifically stated otherwise, this role is "On-Site" at the location detailed in the job post.Job DescriptionPrimary ResponsibilitiesImplement and maintain HSE processes, procedures, and the EPS Global HSE Management System (HSE 360)Ensure compliance with OSHA, TCEQ, and other applicable regulatory requirementsLead or support incident investigations and drive injury-prevention initiativesPartner with leadership and employees to identify hazards and implement corrective actionsOversee environmental compliance, including storm water, air permits, and waste managementManage Hazard Communication programs and maintain Safety Data Sheets (SDS)Job DutiesConduct and document HSE inspections, audits, and compliance activitiesDeliver HSE orientation and ongoing training for employeesReview and update HSE policies, procedures, and Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs)Initiate and track work orders for HSE-related equipment and repairsCoordinate with HR and Workers' Compensation on injury and case managementServe as primary contact during internal and external HSE audits and inspectionsLead toolbox talks and participate in HSE meetings and initiativesPerform a mix of administrative (40-50%) and production floor (50-60%) responsibilitiesTravel approximately 5% annuallyPerform additional duties as assignedAdditional Qualifications/ResponsibilitiesEducation & QualificationsBachelor's degree in HSE, science, or a related technical field requiredMinimum of 2 years of HSE experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferredASP, CSP, or CSHO certification preferredWorking knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations (including CFR Titles 29 and 40)Strong communication, training, and organizational skills
