HiFyve is hiring a Logistics Coordinator in the Manufacturing industry!Pay: $19-$21/hrShift: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-4:30 PMLocation: OnsiteBenefits: Full benefits packageAbout the RoleThis role supports logistics and traffic operations by coordinating shipments, managing documentation, and ensuring efficient movement of goods both domestically and internationally.Job Responsibilities• Route and process shipments for distribution operations• Coordinate inventory transfers between warehouse locations• Provide freight quotes and identify cost-effective shipping methods• Manage customer service requests and traffic-related tickets• Investigate freight issues including damages, shortages, and overcharges• Support returns, shipping complaints, and carrier claims• Assist with scheduling shipments and communicating delays or issues• Prepare and verify export documentation for international shipments• Ensure compliance with customs regulations and shipping requirements• Assist with routine inventory counts and warehouse support as needed• Collaborate with customer service, sales, and warehouse teams• Perform additional duties as assignedQualifications• High school diploma or GED required• 1+ year of logistics, shipping, or warehouse experience• Experience with shipment scheduling and shipping documentation• Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar systems• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment• Experience with international shipping or customs preferred• Hazardous materials or distribution experience a plus• Fluent in English; additional language skills a plus
