Job OverviewWe are seeking a motivated Project Manager - Construction to oversee multiple commercial projects from start to finish. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing retail, restaurant, and convenience store builds with shorter timelines.DutiesManage 4-5 projects simultaneously (ground-up and remodels)Oversee subcontractors and coordinate with Superintendents and internal teamsServe as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholdersEnsure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standardsConduct site visits and manage schedules, budgets, and documentationExperienceStrong commercial construction Project Management experienceProven ability to manage multiple concurrent projectsExperience in retail, QSR, or convenience store constructionAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, short-duration project environmentPrior leadership experience managing teams and subcontractorsTravel RequirementsTravel across multiple states as needed (typically up to 3-4 nights)Local projects allow for same-day travel
