About the Companyis responsible for the design, governance, and administration of the company's total rewards programs, including payroll, compensation, incentive plans, and benefits. This role ensures programs are competitive, equitable, compliant, and aligned with business strategy. The Manager of Total Rewards serves as a subject matter expert and strategic partner to HR leadership, HR Managers, Finance, and Payroll.About the RoleKey ResponsibilitiesTotal Rewards StrategyDevelop and maintain the organization's total rewards philosophy, ensuring alignment with business goals and talent strategy.Assess market competitiveness and internal equity across all employee groups (hourly, salaried, exempt, and non-exempt).Recommend program changes based on workforce needs, cost considerations, and market trends.PayrollEnsure accurate, timely pay and tax compliance.Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.Payroll Processing, run payroll systems, auditing records, and managing deductions.System AdministrationManage and optimize HRIS and payroll software systems.Team LeadershipSupervise, train, and mentor payroll staff.AuditingFacilitate internal and external audits by providing necessary records and documentation.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field.4+ years of progressive experience in payroll and compensation and/or total rewards. Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or multi-site environments strongly preferred.Required SkillsStrong understanding of payroll, compensation structures, incentives, and benefits.Experience with compensation surveys and market pricing tools.Advanced analytical skills; strong Excel capability required.Working knowledge of payroll processes and close collaboration with Payroll.Preferred SkillsHigh integrity and discretion with confidential information.Strong business judgment and stakeholder influence.Detail-oriented with the ability to balance strategy and execution.
