This role requires strong situational awareness, professionalism, and a customer-service mindset to maintain a safe and secure corporate environment. Key Responsibilities: Maintain a visible security presence throughout the property Monitor building access control systems and verify credentials Conduct routine interior and exterior patrols Respond promptly to incidents, alarms, and emergencies Complete accurate daily activity and incident reports Provide assistance and direction to tenants, employees, and visitors Enforce property policies and procedures Qualifications: Valid NYS Security Guard License required Prior corporate or commercial security experience required Strong written and verbal communication skills Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Reliable transportation Ideal Candidate: The ideal candidate is polished, dependable, and comfortable working in a corporate setting.
