Foreclosure Paralegal - White Plains, NY Agility 360 is searching for a Foreclosure Paralegal for a direct hire position with our law client located in White Plains, NY. You will be responsible for ensuring a smooth running of the office and utilize effective case management skills. The ideal candidate will have previous default servicing experience and must be self-motivated. This is a full-time, on-site position so reliable transportation is a must. Job Responsibilities Provide administrative support to the Foreclosure Manager and Attorneys and enhance office efficiency Handle communication with clients, borrowers, etc Conduct investigations and statistical/documentary research Locate and develop case relevant information Draft and file basic legal documents and correspondence Answer and direct phone calls Maintain up-to-date contact lists Monitor deadlines and navigate multiple calendars Experience 1 - 3 years of Paralegal experience Familiarity with law, legal procedures and protocols, and court system Satisfactory knowledge of day-to-day operations of a legal office Working knowledge of case management software Excellent secretarial and organizational skills Ability to juggle multiple activities and work under pressure Prefer experience in BKFS; TEMPO; ADR; DRA Proficient in running PACER and SCRA Communicate with clients and borrowers, and the Courts File pleadings with the Courts Physical Requirements: Position requires all forms of dexterity/mobility which may include extended periods of sitting/standing. May occasionally required to reach with hands and arms, twist, climb or balance, stoop, kneel crouch or crawl. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus. Must be able to speak and hear, lift and carry up to twenty-five pounds (25 lbs.) or occasionally more. May be required to drive for business purposes and must hold a valid driver's license in good standing and maintain personal auto insurance in compliance with local or state requirements.
