Job Description:
Talent Development Specialist This role will support the Talent Development department. The successful candidate will be supporting the design, delivery, and management of a cohesive program of change and development strategies that will provide managers and staff with the competencies and abilities they need to anticipate and respond to the demands of a rapidly changing business environment. Job Functions & Responsibilities: Support the development, management and execution of HR's strategic planning programs including: succession planning, performance management, and learning curriculum design Administer the SuccessFactors career management system Assist in the design and delivery of curriculum Create rosters for all internal delivered programs with pre-course materials, in class handouts, and any A/V support Collect and consolidate internal and external data to track current and future workforce trends including workforce attrition, upcoming retirements, recruiting strengths / weaknesses, industry trends and competitive threats. Develop dashboard reports and documentation based on business and management requirements. Administer the annual HR strategic planning process and annual succession planning and maintain documentation Provide ad hoc reporting on development opportunities to Manager of Talent Development Provide additional administrative support to the Talent Development team as necessary Skills: Knowledge of workforce metrics and HR planning processes (succession planning, performance management) is required Ability to work comfortably with all levels and all areas of the organization is required Strong organizational and project management skills are required Good analytical skills are required Strong presentation, written, and verbal communication skills are required Proficiency in Word, Excel and Power Point is required. Access a plus. Knowledge of SAP's SuccessFactors is preferred Education and Certifications: A Bachelor's degree and one year experience or a Master's in Industrial Organizational Psychology or related field.
