Provide compassionate patient focus and superior customer service - keeping our fast-paced environments running smoothly. Coordinate appointments and perform general clerical duties at the unit nursing station to assure the timely, efficient and accurate flow of patient information. Welcome and direct visitors and hospital colleagues to appropriate areas. Page nurses and answer phones on your unit. Sign for important medical deliveries. Cultivate a courteous and respectful demeanor while multitasking between people and responsibilities. The shift for this position will be 11:00pm - 7:00am, Monday - Friday and alternating weekends. Preferred Criteria Associate's Degree Customer service experience in a healthcare environment Knowledge of medical terminology Required Criteria High School diploma or GED One year of clerical experience Data entry computer skills
