They are currently looking for Geothermal Drillers to be core members of their team.Position ScopeThis client is a leading installer of geothermal ground heat exchanger systems. They pride themselves on the quality of services which they commit to their clients and have spent years refining the specialized skill set required to enable optimal geothermal system performance. Their geothermal team is extremely important in meeting high standards, and they are looking for highly motivated individuals ready to begin and help continue to offer exceptional geothermal systems. The right candidate MUST be willing to learn, follow directions, be prompt and reliable, and show initiative to work hard.ResponsibilitiesMUST have Drilling Experience. (either NY, NJ, CT, MA drilling license a plus).IGSHPA installer and pipe.OSHA 40 & site SST train a plus.Willingness to cross-train.Prior experience operating drilling equipment is a must.Must understand utility locate law and compliance procedures.Must own reliable transportation Mobilization of equipment to job site.Follow all safety protocols, instructions, and quality regulations.QualificationsSuccessful candidates will have the following qualifications:High School Diploma5 years of construction experience5 years of drilling experienceExperience with geothermal heat pumpsAbility to travel to job sitesMust have a valid driver's license and a clean DMV record
