Job Description:
Our client, a financial services firm located in Westchester County is looking for a Long Term Temporary Executive Assistant to assist while they find a permanent solution and a maternity leave. This position will start ASAP through July/August with permanent potential. This will be in office 4 days with Fridays work from home. Hours are 8:30/9 AM - 4:30/5 PM. Compensation is $40-47/hr DOE. Responsibilities: Executive & Administrative Support Provide administrative support to senior leaders including scheduling, meeting logistics, and calendar coordination. Manage travel coordination, including itineraries, reservations, and adjustments when needed. Process expenses, invoices, and basic operational workflows accurately and on time. Support onboarding and offboarding logistics, ensuring smooth transitions for new hires and departing team members. Serve as backup support for Executive Assistants and the leadership team, stepping in during absences, high volume periods, or special initiatives. Office Management Oversee day-to-day office operations and needs. Manage vendor relationships, office supplies, equipment, and facilities maintenance. Greet visitors, handle incoming calls, and direct inquiries with professionalism and care. Maintain organized office systems, records, and operational documentation. Support planning and execution of office events, leadership meetings, and internal functions. Qualifications: Previous experience with office management and administrative support. Manage vendor relationships, office supplies, equipment, and facilities maintenance. Greet visitors, handle incoming calls, and direct inquiries with professionalism and care. Maintain organized office systems, records, and operational documentation. Support planning and execution of office events, leadership meetings, and internal functions.
