This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced dealership environment and takes pride in accuracy, accountability, and teamwork. We foster a true team atmosphere—this is a workplace where we support one another and never say, “that’s not my job.” Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Posting and accounting for vehicle deals Commissioning deals accurately and timely Processing trade payoffs Cleaning and maintaining schedules Supporting daily accounting office operations as needed Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of automotive accounting experience (required) Reynolds & Reynolds experience required Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team-first environment Professional, dependable, and self-motivated Compensation & Benefits: Salary range: $55,000 – $65,000 annually, based on experience Full benefits package including: Health and dental insurance Paid training Paid holidays 401(k) plan
