Lucas Oil Speedway Go Cart Operator

Job Purpose: To provide customers of Lucas Oil Speedway Go-Cart Track with excellent customer service while maintaining order and flow of traffic. Duties: • To set good example for peers and public with regard to punctuality, attendance, attitude and hygiene. • Assists customers entering and exiting carts; ensures seatbelts are secured properly; and provides verbal instruction on cart operation. • Assists customers with carts involved in stalls, spins and collisions. • Displays Caution, Green, Finish and Stop flags. • Observes and immediately reports any issues with go-carts to Go Cart Manager and mechanic. • Maintains safe and secure work environment by following all OSHA and Speedway safety guidelines. • Manage fuel levels in go-carts and refuel when needed. • Performs other duties as assigned by Go Cart Manager.
