Your broad knowledge of subject matter and executing lesson plans will help ensure the classroom runs smoothly on any day as necessary.   You will also…   Cover classroom duties as needed Develop relationships with other school staff Promote positive development and social and emotional competencies in students Maintain a well-organized and engaging classroom environment   What We Are Looking For   Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university Prior teaching experience is preferred Ability to pass both state and federal background check   To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
