This organization values efficiency, accuracy, and a high level of internal support, and is looking for someone who can contribute to both travel coordination and cost-saving initiatives.Job Description:The Travel Coordinator will oversee employee travel arrangements while identifying opportunities to reduce costs through strategic vendor negotiations. This role requires someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working directly with hotels and other travel partners.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate and manage travel bookings, including lodging accommodationsCommunicate with hotels and vendors to secure competitive rates, including extended stays and chain-wide agreementsIdentify cost-saving opportunities and take initiative to negotiate improved pricingUtilize travel platforms to manage and track reservationsSupport administrative tasks related to travel operationsQualifications:Experience negotiating hotel rates or working closely with lodging accommodationsBackground in travel coordination or similar administrative support roleFamiliarity with Concur or comparable systems such as Navan, Egencia, TravelPerk, itilite, Brex, or RampAbility to recognize cost-saving opportunities and confidently negotiateStrong sense of urgency and ability to manage priorities effectivelyHigh attention to detail and strong organizational skillsAdditional Details:Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM scheduleHybrid work environment (in-office Tuesday-Thursday, remote Monday and Friday)Addison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
